Harewood Medical Centre are happy to accept new patients. Simply fill out the online form or pop in and see us.
Before booking your appointment.
| When you make an appointment booking, we strongly advise that you consider the following: |

| Appointments are 15 minutes long. If you require a Medical, Minor Surgery or double appointment (30 minutes) please phone 03 352 8647 to make your booking. |
| Please include your reason for your visit - this helps us to ensure that you have booked the correct appointment. |
| If you are making a booking for a family member please ensure that they are enrolled with us. |
| Please be aware that children's immunisations, travel immunisations and cervical smears are Nurse Clinic appointments and cannot be booked using the online service. |
| Book with your regular doctor whenever possible - this is better for your continuity of care. |
If you do not require your booking please ensure that you cancel
at least 2 hours
prior to the appointment.
Repeat Prescriptions and Test Results are available online. Enrolled patients must register with our patient portal, ManageMyHealth to use these services online.
